Page Purpose

The purpose of the page is a detailed FAQ page for all use cases of Sath Account Management

The page is useful for those who already have a subscription of IDHub and has a Sath Account.

What happens to tenant when my subscription is deleted or expired ?Tenant along with it’s data is deleted.
What happens to the on-boarded connectors when my subscription is deleted or expired?Connectors are deleted.
What do do, If I am Unable to find my tenant information?Tenant information is e-mailed to you, when you create your IDHub subscription. Check your e-mail for details.
How can I backup my tenant data from account management?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Backup in the left menu. Then click on the create backup button. IDhub will start the process of backing up your tenant data.
How can I restore my tenant data from the backup that I created?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Backup in the left menu. It will list all the backups that you have created for your tenant. Under the Actions menu, click on the restore icon. IDHub would start the process of restoring the tenant data from the backup.
How can I delete the backup that I created ?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Backup in the left menu. It will list all the backups that you have created for your tenant. Under the Actions menu, click on the delete button. This will delete the backup that you have created for your tenant
How can view and download the invoices for my subscriptions?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the invoices in the left menu. This will list all the invoices generated for your account. You can either click on the download pdf button, which will download a pdf file for the invoice. And you can also click on the invoice card, which will open the invoice details page, where all the details of the invoice will be shown over there.
How can I delete the connector that I have on-boarded ?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the connectors in the left menu. This will list all the connectors that you have on-boarded for your tenant. For the connector that you want to delete, click on the actions menu (3 dots menu) and then click on delete.
How can I re-check or update the health of my connector?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the connectors in the left menu. This will list all the connectors that you have on-boarded for your tenant. For the connector that you want to re-check the status or update the health of the connector, click on small restore icon under the health column.
How can I view and manage the secrets of the connector?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the connectors in the left menu. This will list all the connectors that you have on-boarded for your tenant. For the connector that you want to manage or view the secrets, click on the actions menu (3 dots menu) and then click on manage. This will take you to a separate connector manager page, where you can use the roleID and secretID of your connector to view and manage the secrets for your connector.
How can I manage the subscription for the on-boarded connector?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the connectors in the left menu. This will list all the connectors that you have on-boarded for your tenant. For the connector that you want to view or manage the subscription, click on the actions menu (3 dots menu) and then click on subscription. This will take you to the subscription page for that connector, where you can view the subscription details and then manage the subscription of the connector accordingly.
How can I view and manage my subscriptions?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Subscriptions in the left menu. This will list all the subscriptions for for your tenant. There you can view and manage your subscriptions.
How can I change the billing cycle for my subscription?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Subscriptions in the left menu. This will list all the subscriptions for for your tenant. For the subscription that you want to change the billing cycle, click on the actions menu (3 dots menu) and then click on the change billing cycle.
How can I cancel my subscription?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Subscriptions in the left menu. This will list all the subscriptions for for your tenant. For the subscription that you want to cancel, click on the actions menu (3 dots menu) and then click on the cancel subscription.
How can I increase or decrease the number of users for my IDHub subscription license ?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Subscriptions in the left menu. This will list all the subscriptions for for your tenant. You will see a subscription for your IDHub license. Click on the manage button to increase or decrease the number of users for your IDHub license. The subscription will be pro-rated in the next invoice.
How can I view the list of users in my organization?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Organization in the left menu. There you would be able to view and manage the users for your organization or tenant.
How can I add additional users to my organization ?Go to your account management dashboard by clicking here. Then login to your sath account (if you are not logged in). Then click on the Organization in the left menu. Then click on the Add User button in order to add additional users for your tenant or organization.
