Troubleshooting

Errors

Errors may occur when IDHub is waiting for a response from your MySQL Instance. These errors are applicable to all IDHub connectors and may occur during the setup of sources, managing of sources or when sources are down. Below information is to give specific details on these errors. Each Timeout error has a default time value that is listed in seconds or minutes. Increasing the time value may resolve the error as it will allow for longer communication time between the two systems. Some of the timeouts are listed below.

  • Reconciliation Timeout
    • The default timeout is 180 seconds. Retry occurs on 90 second increments. It fails after 3 tries.
  • Health Check Timeout
    • The default timeout is 30 seconds. Retry occurs on 15 second increments. It fails after 3 tries.
  • Provisioning Timeout
    • The default timeout is 60 seconds. Retry occurs on 15 second increments. It fails after 3 tries.

Logging

Sath managed Logs are present in Sath Kubernetes cluster. To get information on that please contact IDHub support team here.

For Self hosted connectors, our connector can be tied up with a local or cloud hosted logging platform for transaction and audit data.
